By creating a Noctad account you agree to these terms.

The service

Noctad monitors advertising accounts you connect and, within limits you configure, suggests or performs changes (pausing, resuming, adjusting budgets). You remain responsible for your advertising accounts, your budgets and your compliance with Meta's policies. Noctad is not affiliated with Meta.

Your limits and our actions

Nabih acts only inside the limits you set (maximum cost per result, minimum return, daily caps, mode). Every action is logged and can be undone. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control; we do not guarantee results, revenue or profit.

Accounts and plans

Free plans have usage limits. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown in USD before tax.

Acceptable use

You may only connect ad accounts you are authorised to manage. You may not use Noctad to circumvent platform policies, enforcement or bans.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Noctad's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
