Data deletion

You can remove your data from Noctad in three ways.

1. Disconnect an ad account

In the app, open Accounts and choose Disconnect. The account's data is deleted within 30 days and the Meta access token is revoked immediately.

2. Delete your account

In Settings, choose Delete account. Everything linked to your account (profile, connected accounts, messages, logs) is deleted within 30 days.

3. By email

Write to hello@noctad.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm within 7 days.

From Facebook

You can also remove Noctad from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → Noctad → Remove. This revokes our access; email us to delete stored data as well.
